UnitedHealthcare created UnitedHealth Premium to help members choose the best doctors and facilities for general and specialty care. I was part of a team that redesigned and rewrote B2C and B2B marketing collateral to promote the program. The project involved developing campaign concepts and implementing new brand standards.
Simplify the Copy
During the writing phase, my goal was to simplify the copy and make each piece warmer and easier to read.
Materials included brochures, posters, mailers, table tents, email, and an activation guide for businesses. Pieces featured the story of a family who found care for a child born with a heart condition.
